Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we carry.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, the following are final sale:
- Opened skincare, beauty, or wellness products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return Email us at beyond_beauty_1@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items – Beyond Beauty
We take great care in packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Resolution We'll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — whichever you prefer. We do not require you to return damaged items in most cases.
